Mom and Medicine Resource Directory
Having experienced the uncertainty of parenting a young child with disabilities, I know how isolating and confusing it can be. I developed Mom and Medicine as a central repository where medical parents can find community resources and connection in one place.
The site includes a blog to share common struggles, advice, and lived experiences of parents from marginalized identities and backgrounds. This platform utilizes both Brilliant Directories and Softr, each offering directory and blogging capabilities. Visitors can create accounts to save their favorite resources and blog posts for later.

Sickle Cell Resource Center
The Sickle Cell Resource Center is a central hub offering a community resource directory for families and patients living with sickle cell disease. Similar to Mom and Medicine, this site was built using Brilliant Directories and is designed to grow as the resource library expands.
The long-term goal is to offer free patient education resources specifically tailored to this population, as sickle cell disease has historically been underfunded and underrepresented in public health policy and medical research. As this site was recently launched in March 2026, it is still a work in progress.
We offer thoughtfully designed starter websites for artists, small businesses, and independent professionals who want a stronger online presence without a complicated setup.
