Services
Blueprint Studio provides website design and related digital services. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined before work begins.
Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your project, with the remaining balance due before launch. For larger, more complex projects, an alternative payment schedule can be discussed during the planning phase.
Payment delays may affect the project timeline. Work will resume once the outstanding balance is paid. Final deliverables and website launch are completed only after full payment is received.
Timelines
Project timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of the project, as well as timely communication and content delivery. Delays in feedback or materials may result in adjustments to the timeline.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions of the website layout and content are included within the agreed project scope. Additional edits or changes outside of scope may require additional fees.
Scope of Work
Project scope is defined and agreed upon before work begins. Any work requested outside of the agreed scope will be treated as a separate task and may require additional fees and timeline adjustments. This includes additional pages, features, additional revisions, or changes to previously approved work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate content and materials
Ensuring they have the legal rights to any assets provided, including website content, images, and other materials
Responding promptly during the project
Ownership and Portfolio Use
Final designs are transferred to the client after full payment is received. Blueprint Studio retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Third-Party Platforms
Websites may rely on third-party platforms and tools such as Squarespace, Wix, Softr, Big Cartel, WordPress, hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics tools, and other integrations required to operate the site.
Blueprint Studio is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, platform limitations, or changes made by these third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
Blueprint Studio is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website or services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Project Termination
Either party may terminate a project at any time.
All deposits are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, a refund may be issued before work begins at the sole discretion of Blueprint Studio.
Updates to Terms of service
These terms may be updated as needed. Continued use of the website or services means you accept those updates.
